My journey into fitness didn’t start from confidence it started from the opposite.
Growing up, I experienced bullying, and at home, food was a form of love, but not always supportive of my health. For a long time, I felt disconnected from my body.
Fitness changed that.
What began as a way to regain control became a transformation, physically and mentally. Through training, I built confidence, discipline, and a sense of self, which later led me into modelling and truly feeling at home in my body.
As I grew, I noticed a gap. The fitness space was dominated by extremes and male perspectives, with little focus on the female body, hormonal balance, or sustainability. It didn’t reflect what I and so many women needed.
I didn’t just want to train. I wanted to change the experience for women.
To create a space that feels structured, supportive, and aligned with the female body; where strength is built with intention, not pressure.
This is why I built my method.
A space I once needed myself, one that guides women with clarity, structure, and confidence that goes far beyond the physical.
This is where Ness was born.
