Hi, I’m Ines Angelova—The woman behind NESS.

Movement was part of my life long before it became my profession. After more than a decade working as a model, I understood how easily health can become tied to appearance, pressure and extremes. I created NESS to offer something different: a way to become stronger, feel confident and build habits that genuinely support your life.

Strength was always close to home

One of my earliest examples of female strength was my mother. She had trained from a young age, and watching her showed me that fitness could become more than an occasional goal—it could be part of the way a woman carries herself through life.

Her example planted the first seed, even before I understood how important movement would eventually become in my own story.

From insecurity to self-worth

Growing up, I was bullied because of my weight. For a long time, that affected the way I saw myself and made confidence feel like something reserved for other people.

Training changed that. It didn’t simply transform my body, it taught me discipline, resilience and how to recognise my own worth. I began to feel capable, powerful and at home within myself. That change became something I wanted to share with others.

Becoming the example I once needed

When I entered the fitness industry, I saw a space still largely shaped and represented by men. I wanted women to see another possibility: a strong female coach who understood their experiences, celebrated their strength and showed that fitness did not have to mean punishment, comparison or losing femininity.

I wanted to become the kind of example and source of motivation that I would have needed when I was younger.

Eight years of helping others find their strength

For more than eight years, I have helped people become stronger, build confidence and create routines that support their real lives. Every person begins somewhere different, but my purpose remains the same: to help you discover what your body can do and recognise the strength that was already within you.

NESS is more than personal training. It is my way of bringing that message into the world—because movement can change far more than the way you look. It can change the way you see yourself.
